Axe Throwing Safety Rules

The overall goal is to create a safe, enjoyable environment where guests can learn a unique mountain activity while maintaining clear safety zones, controlled throwing areas, and constant supervision.

Axe Throwing Safety Rules

Axe Throwing Safety Rules

Axe throwing at the Golden Skybridge adventure area is designed to be a fun and controlled activity, with safety being the highest priority. Before participating, guests receive instruction from trained staff who demonstrate proper throwing techniques, explain safety procedures, and ensure everyone understands the rules before entering a throwing lane.

Participants must remain behind the designated throwing line until all axes have come to a complete stop and everyone in the lane has finished their throw. Only one person should be actively throwing at a time within a lane unless instructed otherwise by staff. Running, horseplay, distractions, or attempting trick throws are strictly prohibited.

Guests should always keep their attention focused on the target area and never throw an axe if someone is downrange retrieving equipment. Axes may only be thrown at approved wooden targets and should never be aimed at any other object, structure, or person. Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by staff throughout the activity.

Closed-toe footwear is strongly recommended, and participants should maintain a stable stance while throwing. If an axe falls to the ground, it should be left where it lands until it can be safely retrieved. Any damaged or unsafe equipment should be reported immediately to staff.

Children must meet any age or size requirements established for the activity and may need direct supervision depending on their age. Staff reserve the right to remove any participant who is acting unsafely or not following the established rules.

The overall goal is to create a safe, enjoyable environment where guests can learn a unique mountain activity while maintaining clear safety zones, controlled throwing areas, and constant supervision. When everyone follows the instructions, axe throwing becomes an entertaining challenge that can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced participants alike. Book the Golden Skybridge
